When she mentioned Shakespeare, she saw Leo perk up. “I don’t like Shakespeare, I love Shakespeare.” He leaned forward on the table, propping himself up by his elbows. “It’s just so difficult to pick a favorite, but if I have to pick, my favorite is Romeo and Juliet. I can just… relate to it. I’ve never fallen in love, but I know what it’s like to have family rivalries. That’s why I’m so shy. When I was younger, my best friend was from the family that was the rival to mine. We had to pretend to hate eachother. Eventually, our parents found out, and erased all of her memories of me. I don’t know why they left me with mine, but they did. I’m terrified to make friends or cast spells, because I don’t want to lose any other friends or have their memories erased.” She took a deep breath, that was the first time she had told anyone her story. “What’s your favorite?” She was glad that she could talk to Leo, she trusted him.
“How tragic,” Leo murmured after she’d told about what had happened to her and her best friend.”I do love Romeo and Juliet,”He said,”But I believe my favorite is A Midsummer Night’s Dream.”He said, grinning. The waiter came round again to take the finished pie tray, and Leo ordered himself another Butterbeer before looking back at Bella.”Have you seen any of the plays put on by muggles?”He asked.”I saw Much Ado About Nothing about two summers ago. Brilliant, really,”He said.
“I’ve come to terms with it, really. A Midsummer Night’s Dream is a masterpiece.” She smiled. She had never had anyone to discuss this with, she loved hearing someone else’s opinion. Leo ordered another Butterbeer, but Bella was still finishing hers. “No, I’ve always wanted to see it, though. When I read it, I envision it being acted out, but that’s the closest I’ve come. Oh, I’m sure it was. I’m so envious of you!” She laughed. “How is it possible that a simple muggle could of written something so, magical. If you get what I mean. Not magical in the spells sense, but in the way it makes people feel sense. I wish I could have that type of talent.”
